This Beautiful Project is a Single-Story Home with a Unique Design, including a Gorgeous Dutch Gable, and a Step Gable onto a back porch Area. This project was installed over the existing layer of shingles as a Metal Roof Over.

Installing the 25yr synthetic Underlayment, installing1x4’s for better air flow and higher Energy Efficiency. We then installed the 29 Gauge Prime Galvalume+ Ultra-Lok Panel Profile, with a 25yr Product Warranty and lifetime screws.

This Unique Project was completed by our Senior Supervisor Andrew Carlucci with the help of his crew; Josh, Casey, Jessie, Paul, and Nick.
